Stephanie Hawk is Director of Operations at M & M Home Care and a member of its leadership team alongside founder Michael Malecki and Director of Therapy Services Christine Sylvia. Her position brings the operational side of the organization into the company’s leadership structure.
Home care depends on more than the work performed during a visit. It also relies on office processes, communication and the administrative support that connects a multidisciplinary team. Stephanie’s director role sits within that operational framework, complementing the company’s nursing and therapy leadership.
M & M Home Care provides rehabilitation therapies, counseling, nursing, attendant care and specialized evaluations for people recovering after serious Motor Vehicle Crashes. Within that organization, operational leadership provides the business context in which clinical teams deliver services and families work with the office.
