What to expect.
Call to discuss the level of assistance needed and current availability. A clinical evaluation may help document functional limitations and attendant care needs. Nursing services are reviewed separately when clinical care is required.
The care plan and availability are assessed for each referral. Ask the office about required documentation and payment arrangements.
